Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, exchanges, replacements, and refunds work for BundleBiome (“we”, “us”, “our”). This policy applies to décor bundles and accessories purchased from bundlebiome.ca.

Eligibility

Return eligibility (unopened merchandise only)

You may return your UNOPENED merchandise within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to approval.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, and uninstalled.
  • Items must be in original packaging, where applicable.
  • All original labels or tags must remain attached and unaltered.
  • You must request the return within 30 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

Items with removed, cut, detached, or altered labels/tags are considered used and are not eligible for return or refund.

Process

How to request a return

Email us at contact@bundlebiome.ca with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • Reason for return (short summary)
  • Photos of the unopened item and packaging (recommended)

If approved, we’ll send return instructions. Please do not send items back without approval.

Condition

Item condition & label requirements

Some products may not come in sealed retail packaging and may instead have manufacturer labels/tags attached. For a return to qualify, labels/tags must remain attached, intact, and unaltered.

We may refuse returns if items show signs of use, installation, enclosure placement, odor, wear, or damage.

Bundles

Bundle integrity

All returns or exchanges must include every item originally included in the bundle, in original condition.

Partial bundle returns are not accepted.

Final sale

Non-returnable items

  • Opened, used, installed, or enclosure-placed items
  • Items missing packaging (where applicable) or with removed/altered labels
  • Bundles missing any original components
  • Clearance / final sale items (if marked at checkout)
Responsibility

Customer responsibility (selection & compatibility)

Returns or refunds are not issued for customer errors, including incorrect selection, sizing assumptions, preference, or compatibility issues.

Issues

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging.

We may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and item availability.

Shipping

Shipping & return costs

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless required by law or due to our error).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
  • We recommend tracked shipping; the customer is responsible for packages lost in transit.
Refunds

Refund timing & method

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method (or store credit if agreed). Processing time may vary by payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges & replacements

We may require the original item to be returned first before sending an exchange. If an item is damaged/incorrect due to our error, we may send a replacement shipment.

Abuse

Policy abuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds in cases of excessive or suspicious return activity, or where items do not meet eligibility criteria.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
