Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy explains how processing, shipping, tracking, and international delivery work for BundleBiome (“we”, “us”, “our”). Shipping costs are shown at checkout and may vary by destination and the items in your order.
Where we ship
We ship across Canada and also offer international shipping where available at checkout. If your destination isn’t available at checkout, email us and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare your order and hand it off to the carrier.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, package size, and carrier rates.
For bundle orders, we may apply a shipping credit to help reduce shipping costs. Any applicable credits are automatically applied at checkout.
The final shipping amount you pay is always the total shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates and begin after an order ships. Timelines vary by destination and carrier service level. Remote areas and international destinations may take longer.
Carriers
We ship using carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. The carrier used may vary based on destination, package size, and the best available service at the time of shipment.
Tracking
Tracking is provided for orders where tracking is available through the carrier. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking details by email (or in your order area depending on checkout settings).
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs may apply.
International orders (duties & customs)
International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges depending on the destination. These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping total unless explicitly stated at checkout.
Delays & exceptions
- Carrier delays (weather, peak seasons, labour disruptions, etc.) are outside our control.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance for international orders.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t locate the package, contact the carrier first.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date.
